How to make a Friendly Plastic glass pendant
I hope 2016 has brought you lots of creative time. I'm back with several Friendly Plastic videos to inspire you in the new year. First up, learn how easy it is to create faux dichroic glass with Friendly Plastic and a few other materials.

Friendly Plastic Pellets® by Amaco®
Deco foil™ transfer sheet - iCraft® manufactured by ThermoWeb
Glass bauble - we used a square glass dome
Double Stick Tape
Griddle or heat tool
Brayer or roller if using a heat tool
Chain and clasp
Melt pellets on a non stick surface until clear
Apply foil. Burnish down with fingers or brayer.
Cool and remove protective sheet on top, leaving foil on Friendly Plastic
Reheat and position bauble on top of foil. Cut out with knife.
Remove from heat and let cool. Remove excess plastic
Apply double stick tape to back side of glass dome/bauble.
Press into place over square
Finish the back side with paint or color of your choice.
Glue bail onto back side and add chain.
You can also pre-color your plastic with any desired color using paint, embossing powders or alcohol inks.
